UKG Ready

The UKG Ready integration pushes employee time entry data from Stationwise to UKG Ready, so the hours your members work flow into payroll without manual re-entry.

What Gets Synced

Stationwise sends time entry (timecard) data to UKG Ready on a cadence you choose. If your pay codes differ between the two systems, a pay code mapping ensures each entry lands under the correct UKG Ready pay code.

Setup (Staff-Assisted)

This integration is configured by Stationwise. To enable it for your department:

  1. Share your credentials securely. Get a Client ID and Client Secret for Stationwise from UKG Ready yourself, or ask your UKG point-of-contact for them. Send both to Stationwise Support through a secure, private channel (for example, a 1Password share) rather than plain email or chat, to avoid leaking the secret. Stationwise Support can help set up a secure handoff if you're not sure how.
  2. Share your pay code mapping. Provide the mapping between your Stationwise pay codes and their corresponding UKG Ready work code IDs so entries are categorized correctly. For any pay code that represents time off, also include its UKG Ready time-off ID so those entries sync as time off rather than regular hours.
  3. Share each employee's UKG Account ID. Stationwise needs the UKG Account ID for each employee so their time entries sync to the right person in UKG Ready.
  4. Share your UKG Ready Base URL, Company ID, and cost center index. The Base URL is the root web address of your organization's UKG Ready environment (for example, https://secureN.saashr.com). The Company ID identifies your UKG Ready company. The cost center index tells Stationwise which cost center your work codes live under — in UKG Ready these appear as numbered columns like "Cost center 1," "Cost center 2," and so on. Your UKG point-of-contact can confirm these values.
  5. Choose your cadence. Tell Stationwise how often you'd like time entry data pushed to UKG Ready, and Stationwise will configure the push to run on that schedule.

Security note: Treat the Client Secret like a password. Share it only through a secure channel such as 1Password, never in plain email or chat.

Note: The integration pushes data from Stationwise to UKG Ready (one-way). Changes made directly in UKG Ready are not reflected back in Stationwise.
