Azure (Microsoft) Single Sign On
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) lets your team sign in to Stationwise with their existing Microsoft work accounts — no separate Stationwise password to manage. It's the easiest SSO option to turn on: there's nothing to configure on your end beyond telling us your domain.
How to set it up
Setup is handled by Stationwise. Just send your organization's email domain — for example, @your-department.gov — to Stationwise Support at [email protected], and our admins will configure Azure SSO for your agency. We'll let you know once it's enabled and ready to use.
Before your team can sign in
- Accounts must already exist in Stationwise. SSO controls how people sign in, not whether they have an account — a Stationwise administrator creates user accounts first.
- Email addresses must match. Stationwise identifies users by email, so each person's Microsoft email must match the email on their Stationwise account.
How signing in works
Sign-in always starts from Stationwise:
- Go to your Stationwise sign-in page and enter your work email.
- You're redirected to Microsoft to authenticate and complete any required multi-factor steps.
- After successful authentication, you're returned to Stationwise and signed in automatically.
