TargetSolutions

The TargetSolutions integration syncs employee certifications and credentials from the TargetSolutions learning management system (LMS) into Stationwise. When employees complete or renew certifications in TargetSolutions, those records are automatically pulled into the platform so your compliance tracking stays current.

What Gets Synced

The integration imports certification data for each employee, including:

• Which certifications/credentials they hold
• When each credential was acquired
• When each credential expires

Only credentials that have been mapped in the configuration are synced — unmapped TargetSolutions credentials are ignored.

Setup (Admin)

Prerequisites

Before enabling the integration, ensure:

1. You have a valid TargetSolutions API access token and site ID from your TargetSolutions account
2. Each employee in Stationwise has their TargetSolutions User ID entered in the custom field labeled "Targetsolutions Userid" on their employee profile
3. Your Stationwise certifications are created and ready to be mapped to TargetSolutions credentials

Running a Sync

Once configured, the integration can sync automatically on a schedule. You can also trigger a manual sync if you have the Manage Good Standing capability — this is useful after initial setup or when you need immediate updates.

Sync Schedule

The integration automatically syncs certification data every Sunday at 10:00 PM UTC (2:00 PM PST). Manual syncs can be triggered at any time if you have the Manage Good Standing capability.

Note: Employees without a "TargetSolutions User ID" in their profile will be skipped during sync. Make sure all employee IDs are populated before your first sync.
