ESO

The ESO (Emergency Services Operations) integration pushes employee shift schedules from Stationwise to the ESO platform, keeping your staffing data synchronized across both systems.

What Gets Synced

The integration sends the following shift data to ESO:

• Employee ID
• Shift start and end times (in ISO format)
• Assigned apparatus/vehicle name (employees not assigned to a specific apparatus are listed as "Floater")

The sync covers today's and yesterday's shifts.

Setup (Staff-Assisted)

This integration requires configuration by Stationwise staff. To enable the ESO integration for your department:

1. Obtain your API key from your ESO account representative
2. Contact Stationwise support with your API key
3. Stationwise staff will configure the integration via the admin panel

Once activated by staff, the integration automatically pushes shift data to ESO every hour (at :50 minute mark). The integration can be deactivated or reconfigured by contacting Stationwise support.

Note: The integration pushes data from Stationwise to ESO (one-way sync). Changes made directly in ESO are not reflected back in Stationwise.
