ImageTrend

The ImageTrend integration pushes employee shift schedules from Stationwise to ImageTrend Elite, so your crew assignments line up with incident records in Elite.

What Gets Synced

The integration sends the following roster data to ImageTrend:

Personnel ID (must match the Personnel ID or Badge Number in Elite)
Employee name
Assigned apparatus/vehicle (must match a vehicle in Elite; ImageTrend can add mappings on their side)
Shift start and end times
Rank
Shift

The sync covers today's and yesterday's shifts.

Setup (Staff-Assisted)

This integration requires configuration by Stationwise staff. To enable the ImageTrend integration for your department:

Obtain your site-specific web service URL and API token from your ImageTrend account representative
Contact Stationwise support with those details
Stationwise staff will configure the integration via the admin panel

Once activated by staff, the integration automatically pushes roster data to ImageTrend every 15 minutes. The integration can be deactivated or reconfigured by contacting Stationwise support.

Note: The integration pushes data from Stationwise to ImageTrend (one-way sync). Changes made directly in ImageTrend are not reflected back in Stationwise.
