TabletCommand - Incidents Data
The TabletCommand integration receives incident data from TabletCommand's computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system via real-time webhooks. When emergency incidents are dispatched, apparatus assignments, response times, and incident details automatically flow into Stationwise for accurate record-keeping and payroll tracking.
What Gets Synced
TabletCommand sends incident data to Stationwise in real time, including:
- Incident number and call type
- Call location
- Unit/apparatus assignments
- Key timestamps — dispatched, en route, and cleared times
The system automatically matches incoming units to your department's active stations and apparatus.
Setup (Admin)
Please contact Stationwise support for instructions on how to configure this integration. You will need to authorize Stationwise to receive your data from TabletCommand with one of their representatives as well.
Generate an API Key
API key generation requires Stationwise staff assistance:
- Contact Stationwise support to request a TabletCommand API key for your department
- Stationwise staff will generate the key via the admin panel
- You will receive the API key to use in TabletCommand's configuration
How It Works
Once configured, Stationwise automatically processes incoming incident events:
- New incidents are created with all available details
- Existing incidents are updated when new information arrives (units added, times updated)
- Completed incidents are not modified by subsequent webhook events
- All incident creation and update activity is logged in your Change Log for audit purposes
Note: Only apparatus matching your department's active stations are recorded. Make sure your stations are properly configured in the Shift Planning Tool before enabling this integration.
