TabletCommand - Roster Data

TabletCommand can pull your department's roster data from Stationwise, keeping your staffing picture available inside TabletCommand.

This is separate from — and flows in the opposite direction of — the TabletCommand - Incidents Data integration, where TabletCommand sends incident data into Stationwise. Here, TabletCommand reads roster data out of Stationwise.

What Gets Synced

TabletCommand reads roster data from Stationwise — who's working, when, and on which unit. TabletCommand pulls this data from the Stationwise Shift API.

Setup

1. Create a Stationwise API key. In Stationwise, go to Settings → Administration → Integrations and click Create API Key. Give it a descriptive name (for example, "TabletCommand Roster") and copy the key — it's shown only once.
2. Share the key securely. Send the API key to your TabletCommand point-of-contact through a secure, private channel (for example, a 1Password share) — never plain email or chat.
3. TabletCommand enables the integration. Your TabletCommand POC uses the key to turn on roster access on their end. Once enabled, TabletCommand pulls your roster data automatically.

Security note: Treat the API key like a password. Share it only through a secure channel, and revoke it from the Integrations page if it's ever exposed or no longer needed.
