Peregrine

The Peregrine integration automatically pushes employee shift schedules from Stationwise to Peregrine, keeping both systems in sync without manual data entry.

What Gets Synced

Whenever the integration runs, it sends the following shift data to Peregrine:

• Employee ID
• Shift start and end times
• Assigned apparatus/vehicle (e.g., Engine 1, Ladder 2)

The sync covers today's and yesterday's shifts, ensuring recent changes are captured.

Setup (Staff-Assisted)

This integration requires configuration by Stationwise staff. To enable the Peregrine integration for your department:

1. Obtain your API key and endpoint identifier from your Peregrine account
2. Contact Stationwise support with these credentials
3. Stationwise staff will configure the integration via the admin panel

Once activated by staff, the integration sends shift updates automatically every hour (at :51 minute mark). The integration can be deactivated or reconfigured by contacting Stationwise support.

Note: The integration pushes data from Stationwise to Peregrine (one-way sync). Changes made directly in Peregrine are not reflected back in Stationwise.
